Yay! Come visit us in studio! Just choose this option at check out and you will be notified when your order is ready - it is normally ready within two hours of placing your order - if you have not received a notification of your order being ready but are heading our way, shoot us a text: 831-324-8776 & we will get right on it! Be sure to check our hours :) We are open Thursday - Sunday.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
As a small local business, we focus on offering a variety of new pieces daily. Our customers appreciate a variety of unique items rather than large quantities of the same product, which is why our inventory turnover is about every 14 days.
Items are available for return within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. After 14 days, we are not able to accept the return for on-line purchases. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags attached.
Note: Final Sale items, including jewelry, local treasure collections, or accessories, cannot be returned. We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear or don’t meet our return criteria.
We offer Offset returns that works with us to create a seamless return transaction. A charge of $1.98 is added to your cart, you do have the option to delete from your cart at checkout. This is a non-refundable charge from Offset that gives you 'free returns' for your order at no additional cost. This means that Offset will provide your return label without any additional charges from the $1.98 originally charged at check out. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our return center at no additional cost to you. If you didn't checkout with Offset, you will still go through our returns process like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money!

LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost packages. The customer is responsible to correspond with the shipping carrier for assistance.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
If you would like to cancel your order, we can do so as long as the order has not been packaged or shipped. Please email us at hello@thevaguecollection.com to cancel or change your order.
