Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100 within the U.S.! We currently ship only within the United States and not internationally.
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days, and you’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to update.
Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, an $8.95 reshipping fee will apply.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
As a small local business, we focus on offering a variety of new pieces daily. Our customers appreciate a variety of unique items rather than large quantities of the same product, which is why our inventory turnover is about every 14 days.
Items are available for return within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. After 14 days, we are not able to accept the return. 
We’re happy to offer FREE returns on all! While we’re confident you’ll love your purchase, we understand things don’t always work out.
If you're not satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags attached.
Note: Final Sale items, including jewelry and accessories, cannot be returned. We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear or don’t meet our return criteria.
DAMAGES/ISSUES

LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost packages. The customer is responsible to correspond with the shipping carrier for assistance.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
If you would like to cancel your order, we can do so as long as the order has not been packaged or shipped. Please email us at hello@thevaguecollection.com to cancel or change your order.
