Mt. George Estate Olive Oil. From 19th-century olive trees planted by an Italian family on Mt. George. A rare field blend from 88 heritage trees. Only 20–30 gallons produced each year.

The owner of AUM, Pete Hoffmann, is a dear friend. His wines and olive oil are my most beloved. A trip to his vineyard is truly magical.
